Do you ever rest from technology? Have you ever rested from your phone or TV or other forms of media?  Read what Andy Crouch, author of "The Tech-Wise Family".  Good advice on how to cultivate rest in the lives of yourself and your family.

"Well, I'll tell you the one thing that people seem to find most helpful. A simple principle is our devices are not always being on.  I recommend a rhythm of at least one hour a day, one day a week, and one week a year, the whole family being free from anything that glows, and as much as possible from other forms of technology as well.  Our family has a day a week largely free.  Our "hour a day" is around dinnertime for us -- for families with smaller children, bedtime may make the most sense.  And I think it is important to have a week or more a year that is technology-free.  Not every family  has the means or opportunity to take a week vacation, but many do, and to
